Description: EEP provides 100% LTV (on a cost-basis) for commercial projects with solid business plans, attractive financial returns, and experienced management teams. Project funding sectors include: Real Estate, Mining, Industrial, Energy, Technology, Health Care, and Entertainment. Our flexible funding program looks beyond the balance sheet of the borrower, to the financial strength pf the project. Funding is provided on a non-recourse basis, with principal secured by project collateral, and repayment secured by project cash-flows. Total funding amount consists of the optimium combination of senior/sub-ordinate debt, and equity capital.
