Description: The Small Builder Fund focuses on small real estate development projects. EEP provides up to 100% LTV (on a cost-basis) to experienced builders in return for an equity share in the project. The following types of developments are typically targeted: custom single-family homes, small apartment buildings, small commercial properties.

Funding Amount: up to $1.5MM per project

Evaluation Criteria: Experience/qualification of builder. Return on Investment. Current and projected value. Market demand. Pre-sold projects are given higher priority.
